Sarah was great, answering questions promptly and in a very friendly manner. Trish was all we expected it to be and a little more. The only improvement I could think of was making the upper bed comfier by adding a thin mattress or similar. But overall, excellent Thank you Camplify, Just for cars and vans, and Sarah and Richard in particular

I had no experience of a campervan prior to hiring Trish but my son desperately wanted to go on holiday in one so we chose Trish. Sarah's communication was great, the handover covered everything we needed to know. The van was easy to drive, fitted the description and everything was straightforward. Next time we'd bring more padding, like a camping mat, to make the upper area more comfortable. But overall we really enjoyed the van and can definitely recommend hiring from Sarah. Thanks, Sarah. his review is for Trevor, as we had a choice over this Trish or the transit (Trevor) and as the bed was a little bigger, I chose Trevor. It was a pleasure to drive and easy to use. The manual was very useful for first time users and a good level of equipment (eg cups, plates, kettle, etc). Included was the 240v hook up lead and a sun awning (which we didn't use). The van was absolutely spotless and well cared for. Sarah was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good experience. Will definitely use again! Many thanks
